Partou is the Netherland's largest childcare group, overseeing over 200 settings nationally. In 2023 the company expanded into the UK with the acquisition of Just Childcare, adding 64 locations in England to its network.

Partou engaged us to help facilitate the integration of the UK operation, briefing us to develop a unifying brand proposition, manifesto and values for both the parent-facing brand and the Group itself.

Our process involved extensive interviews with team members and service users in both the Netherlands and UK. The insight we gathered informed the design of a series of senior stakeholder workshops, which enabled us to arrive at an ambitious, differentiating positioning that galvanised the leadership for a demanding new phase of international growth.

Today we continue to support the organisation with the ongoing rollout of the brand language we developed, through a range of internal communications initiatives.
